Who will participate?
By invitation only, former recipients of Osteology Research Grants, Scholarships, Traineeships, as well as selected alumni of the renowned Osteology Research Academy and YOU can participate in this closed session.

How can YOU get an invitation?
Be among the top 20 submitting authors!Submit an e-poster abstract to the general e-poster exhibition and select the option “Compete for: Research Networking Day Participation” to compete in the selection of the best e-poster abstracts. The first authors of the 20 highest ranked e-poster abstracts, reviewed by a scientific committee, will receive an invitation to this event and get free admission to the symposium.

What is required after YOU receive an invitation?
Prepare your scientific e-poster as well as an oral presentation that you can give next to your e-poster. All invited authors exhibit their e-poster by presenting it orally for a maximum of 3 minutes (plus 2 minutes for Q&A). Based on self-reported best fit into one of the six submission categories, we will distribute e-poster abstracts into these categories. It may occur that we need to redistribute e-poster abstracts to other categories for organisational purposes. In that case, authors will be notified accordingly. Further details regarding the presentation will be communicated after the authors have been notified about the acceptance or rejection of their e-poster abstract.

What is in it for YOU?
