e-Poster Exhibition

Every first author of accepted e-poster abstracts is expected to be available in the e-poster exhibition area during coffee and lunch breaks on Friday and Saturday of the symposium to answer potential questions regarding their exhibited e-poster.

e-Poster Research Competition

Based on self-reported best fit into one of the above-mentioned submission categories, we will distribute e-poster abstracts into these categories. After review by our scientific committee, the first authors of the three highest ranked e-poster abstracts will be invited to present orally for 5 minutes (plus 2 minutes for Q&A). A jury will evaluate the three presenters in each category on-site and will award a prize to the best presenter in each category.

Oral e-poster presentation slots are defined as 10:45 – 11:15 and 15:45 – 16:15 on Friday, 24 April 2026. Dedicated terminals and small seating areas will be available in the main hallway leading from the registration desk to the industry exhibition and lecture halls. Oral presenters will be notified at the end of January 2026 with the precise details of their time slots and location for presentation.
